Perfekt geeignet für das Mahlen direkt in den Siebträger oder in den mitgelieferten Dosing-Cup aus Aluminium.
Single - Doser heißt: Was Sie oben reinschütten, kommt auch unten wieder raus. Wiegen Sie z.B. 18g Bohnen auf einer Waage ab, z.B. der Felicita-Waage oder der EMIL-Waage und schütten Sie die Bohnen oben in den Trichter.
Am Ende nach dem Mahlvorgang kommen auch da dann diese 18 g. - 17,8g. raus. Sie sehen oben eine Art Blasebalg (Blow-Out-Trichter) auf der Mühle, damit "pumpen" Sie auch den Rest raus, also wir reden hier von Nullkomma - Werten in Gramm und sind hier nahezu bei ZERO RETENTION oder hier Low-Retention.
Wer einen Single Doser nutzt hat manchmal auch das Ziel mit einer Mühle alles an Kaffeesorten abbilden zu können, denn der Totraum ist ja quasi nicht vorhanden.
Wenn man aber dann buchstäblich am Rad drehen soll, um den Mahlgrad einzustellen, dann macht man das einmal und dann nie wieder. Es muss so gehen, dass mit einem raschen Dreh der Mahlgrad von der gewählten Espressoeinstellung z.B. ruck zuck zum Filterkaffee verstellt werden kann. Genau so ist das hier ! Das finden wir großartig.
Wir geben diesen Hinweis, weil es Single Doser am Markt gibt, wie z.B. neu von Eureka, die das so nicht gelöst haben und die Mahlgradverstellung mittels Dreh am Rädchen getätigt werden muss und hier dreht man und dreht man.... und - Sie ahnen es schon … dreht man. Wer nur Espresso oder Filter trinkt, für den ist das nicht so entscheidend, wer aber switcht mit den Zubereitungsarten, für den schon.
Ein zusätzlicher Bohnenbehälter fasst 500g und ist ebenfalls dabei. Der Dosingcup ist aus Metall.

Nun können Sie dank der extrem einfachen und schnellen Mahlgradverstellung die Mühle für Filterkaffee und Espresso, Aeropress, Chemex oder Pressstempelkanne nutzen... egal, denn - zack - Mahlgrad verstellt, Bohnen abgewogen und es kommt raus, was reingeworfen wurde. Die Mühle hat also nahezu keinen Totraum und ist so perfekt für die simultane Nutzung und zwei Mühlen zu Hause entfallen.
